Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero Sworn in as executive Governor of Kaduna State; Pledges to Sustain Yakowa’s Legacy

Alhaji Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, was on Sunday 16th December 2012 sworn in as the Executive Governor of Kaduna State
The Governor took the oath of office and oath of allegiance before the Chief Judge of Kaduna State, Justice Rahila H. Cudjoe, at Government House, Kaduna around 1p.m.
Speaking shortly after he was sworn-in, he pledged to build on the good foundation laid by his predecessor. He said the vision of late Yakowa was to secure, unite and develop Kaduna state.
The Governor urged the people of the state to pray for him to consolidate on the achievements of his late predecessor, whom he described as a humble and amiable personality.
