U-17 World Cup: Kaduna
gets FIFA’s highest nod
After inspecting the facilities on ground at the Ahmadu
Bello Stadium, Kaduna, the under 17 FIFA World Cup
inspection team yesterday thumps up Kaduna state government,
saying the state is ready for the tournament.
“The Kaduna state government followed our
recommendation to the fullest, they followed every single
recommendation, in fact they surpassed it, and Ahmadu bello
Stadium was full to capacity
In front of full capacity crowd at the Ahmadu-Bello Stadium,
it was interesting to see Algeria, the only African team in
the group F, taking the heat and the incredibly enthusiastic
fans in the northern Nigerian city.
