INTERNET FRAUDSTERS - Selling free Millennium City Forms, which are meant to be free

Attention of the Kaduna State Government has been drawn to the activities of some INTERNET FRAUDSTERS who advertise for and sell employment forms purporting to emanate from the Kaduna State Government through the Internet. It was discovered that about 3000 of such forms were availed to unsuspecting members of the public through the Internet and a fee of N500 per candidate as interview charges were collected at the venue of the interview. The said interview was conducted at Tafawa Balewa Government Day Secondary School where the fraudsters were apprehended and are under police custody.

The State Government wishes to draw the attention of the General Public that it does not advertise for vacancies of employment throught the Internet. Where such vacancies exist, they are placed in the National Dailies by the Head Of Service or through the Civil Service Commission.

The General Public is hereby notified of the current fraudulent practices by such cyber-café fraudsters and are required to always make inquiries on matters relating to employment from the office of the Head Of Service or the Civil Service Commission or the Ministry where such vacancies exist for confirmation
